The Power of Belief

Matthew 8:13 (NIV) Then Jesus said to the centurion, Go! It will be done just as you believed it would." And his servant was healed at that very hour.
I'm dedicating this post to push the very powerful word of belief. Usually whatever we believe something to be, that belief structures our environment and schedules our days. Our belief literally becomes our guiding light of the present leading us into the future. The status of your mood or your will or your desire is determined by your belief system. In my experience so many people attribute this quality and the effect of it with religious happenings only. Although the source for some may come from a religious viewpoint, the effect of your belief in your environment renders the same result.

If you believe you will never accomplish, you will never accomplish because all of your actions will be based on your belief. Everything you do will work against you accomplishing your goal because though you have determined to set one your belief has determined to not accomplish it. The point here is the power in the word belief cradles your movements and your thoughts. When you say you believe something to be you will act as though that something is worth being. You will move towards accomplishing that something.

As a writer I am constantly faced with interruptions and sometimes even setbacks that would hinder the belief of me accomplishing my goal, which is to complete my current project. I notice though that when I set in mind and determine to believe despite everything around me whether good or bad that I will accomplish what I have set out to do, I do. I have also realized that setting reasonable goals that are attainable within a day of my busy life will also help my belief instead of hinder it.

My hope is that you will set your beliefs in the positive towards accomplishing your goals despite what is or what lies ahead. What we believe to be, truly believe to be will be accomplished, if you are backing up your belief with reasonable goals moving in the area towards completion. Set your goals in belief that you will accomplish each and everyone.
